Very, very dry. In his defense, he was teaching the ins and outs of Adobe products - not very interesting material. Coursework was a mid-term and a final which incorporated things taught in class. If you already know the programs, should be a breeze.
He was a great teacher! Gives personal experiences with all of his lessons, so if you aren't interested in how topics relate to the real world, then class feel really long. But he knows what hes talking about and if you pay attention then it's very helpful information for day-to-day life and working with others. The class helped me improve my personal communication styles so much that I've gotten 4 job offers out of 6 interviews, just for my second co-op.
Reece is not what I would call a committed teacher. He reads aloud from the text instead of teaching and shows no interest in students' work. For this photography class, we brought in our work each week and he barely looked at it! One week, he told us not to take too much time when presenting our work. I think Reece would prefer not to have to deal with students at all.
Reece is a good man. Generally cares, if you go to class and do what he says, you are guaranteed an A. Tests were pretty easy and not cumulative. |
