Willing to help
Several assignments, easy
Cons: None
Professor Coppola was a great guy. As long as you go to class, turn in your assignments, do the required event attendances you're guaranteed an A. It really is that easy, he just wants you to do your part. 2 Event Attendances, 1 Landmark Attendance, and a few assignments. Class attendance is mandatory.
He holds review sessions before each exam outside of class which are so extremely helpful. He is also always available for extra help if you give him a call. He will meet you at Starbucks on campus if you have questions before a quiz or something.
Cons: None
Cons: He has no cons, simply an outstanding old guy
Cons: Nothing.
Really cares about his students
Connects everything he teaches to real life situations
Best professor I have ever had at Drexel; conveys the information very efficiently and truly does care about his students. His classes are pretty straight-forward and you will do fine on the tests and quizzes if you come to class and pay attention!
Cons: None
"Old guy" is the best teacher I have ever had. I wish i could take his class for other math classes. I have enjoyed his every class this term. He feels a great responsibility to have every student to get the material and explains it in a very comprehensive way. Just LOVE THIS TEACHER:)
Understanding
Takes time to make sure everyone understands
Cons: Would be better off following his own lesson plan, not the math department
Really good teacher, strives to make math understandable. Is considerate towards students outside lives and makes himself easily available.
The class has two essays due per term and you do a group project/presentation per term. You have a lot of fun in the class with group activities and if you're luck you'll get a good speaker once or twice during the term. Take Old Guy, he rocks.
