Great speaker.
Loves questions from the class.
Has a great way of teaching/breaking things down.
Awesome anecdotal examples.
Free to meet with students a lot.
Very straightforward with grading, etc.
I have to say... I think any negative reviews for this professor stem from the disliking of the class or perhaps a disliking for having to show up and give a damn.
Will help with any/everything
Extremely friendly
Flexible with office hours
Cons: Gives a lot of projects
She pretty much assumes you're reading the book. If you sit through class it's pretty much a review of the book. The exams go hand in hand with the class. Overall.. she's hot and easy to stare at.. or listen to.. Whichever you prefer. She's a great professor though with great enthusiasm and passions for psychology.
best professor at drexel!
Cons: none!
Gallo's lectures were very engaging and her exams were very fair. If you read the text and paid attention in class you will easy land an A.
Major hottie
Cons: Her lectures stray from the course material since she takes SO MANY QUESTIONS that are unrelated to the 101 course material.
Take her class for the easy course grading and a GPA booster. Her exams are fair. I just really don't like her lectures because she takes too many qustions and you get lost on what needs to be known for the test.
She teaches some of the less "fun" courses, but she does her best to make them interesting and to engage students. In my opinion, she succeeds.
The class itself is a bit difficult at times, but that cannot be helped; the material is technical by nature.
By the way, I still scored well in her class (A-), so this isn't a student who did bad writing this.
