Pros: Great lectures
Really nice, hardworking and strict
Has a clear mind
He is one of the best math teacher I have ever had in Drexel. He makes math really easy. You will have a great understanding about calculus after taking him. Easy A+ if you work hard.

Pros: Homework is never collected/graded.
Cares about students
Cons: Weekly quizzes, so you have to keep up with the homework.
The exams are long, so you really need to be familiar with the concepts. If you spend a lot of time thinking about how to solve a problem, you will not finish the entire exam.
No curve
Homework assignments take a long time, but will have similar concepts as what you will see on quizzes and exams so it is worth doing. Falco will answer any question you have, and provides his notes ahead of time, so you can focus on what he is saying instead of furiously writing all class.

Pros: He seriously loves what he does and he knows what he's talking about. Math has never been my strong point but the way he teaches is just so perfect that I did well on most of my tests. He always makes himself available for extra help. I wish he taught every math class because he was seriously one of the greatest math teachers I have ever had.

Pros: Literally the best teacher I've ever had. Falco was born to be a teacher, it's a shame more of Drexel's faculty can't be like him.
Cons: NONE
MATH 200 is a fairly difficult class, but I am expecting a B+ by putting MINIMAL effort into it. How? Daryl Falco! Going to class 4 times a week (and paying attention) guarantees a B in the class. Doing homework and practice exams guarantees an A with Falco. Even if you are not that smart or have a hard time with math, Falco will always help after class or during CLC time.

Good professor, understanding and very kind to students. Works really hard in simplifying and explaining even the basics. Recommended for those who have difficulty getting their foundations on calculus right. For those who come into the class with strong foundations, I highly recommend Mr. Grinshpan.

Pros: Awesome teacher!!
Attendance is not really required, but i would recommend it.
Homework is not mandatory but i recommend you at least try some of it.
Cons: Tests are sometimes tough but if you study/do homework you will be fine.
Falco is one of the best teachers I have had.... EVER.. He is very good at explaining things, he knows just how to answer questions so that you understand and will make sure he answers your question properly. He is also very understanding and nice. All around awesome person and a good teacher!! You don't always get the two together but he is worth getting into his class, even if its really early.

Pros: Great teacher, easy, tries to teach and will explain what you don't understand after class.
The weekly in-class quizzes are a part of every Calc teacher's assignments. You won't escape it. That being said, it is really just made up of a couple problems from the hw, so they're not hard. He doesn't take attendance either, unless half the class is missing.

Falco could teach a rock Calculus. Seriously. He is one of the best professors I have ever had. You'll have to do the homework and sit through classes to understand the material, but if you do, you'll be rewarded with an A. Fair grader, always willing to answer questions during class and during office hours. His classes are interesting and fun (for a math class), too. Definitely take him if possible.

Execellent teacher, he will teach you a ton and will go out of his way to help anyone. He can be a bit dull but that's just because Calc gets dull sometimes. Qizzes are easy but tests can be hard. Do your homework, even the hard problems, and go over any you miss and you'll get an A.

By far one of the best, if not THE best, math teacher I have ever had. Falco is a perfect example of what every professor should be like. He realizes the importance of teaching students the right way (and no doubt that he does). Very skilled at what he does. It's almost impossible not to comprehend in his lectures - very clear in his explanations and caring for his students. His online website with lecture notes (as well as pre-printed notes every once in a while) makes you feel extremely comfortable in his class, knowing that you can always turn to the notes for reference if needed. Also, this enables you to not take notes in class! for most, it's extremely hard to take notes and fully comprehend all the material. Instead, just listen - forget the notebook! your notebook is online!
If you have a chance to take him before his classes fill up (believe me, they'll get full before you even get to register) jump on the opportunity while you can. you won't regret it.

He is a very good teacher and cares about his students. Attendance is required but he gives you extra credit for attending. I failed math 121 my first term then got an A when I took it with falco. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with math.

great teacher, had perline previously, who was great, but falco is excellent. teaches everything perfectly step by step. if you go to lectures and do the homework, you will hardly need to study to pass the exams. he really spoils his students with how great of a teacher he actually is. i would retake any day.

Really really good at what he does. Very helpful and tries his best to make everything as easy as possible. If you think lectures are boring..well..that's because it's a Calculus class, how much fun can that get? Always willing to make time for students and lets you know about oppurtunities for help. Makes an effort to learn students' names and even though he sometimes grades quizzes hard, it's just because he wants you to know you'll lose points for the same mistakes on exams. Attendance really isn't required until after the withdrawal period closes--then he starts taking attendance. Really good teacher, his classes always fill up fast so try to get him! Much better than most of the Calc guys.

Falco is one of the best teachers for math i\'ve had so far! BEST! he is VERY fair in grading quizzes and tests...if you do the homework and ask questions to undrestand it you will do very well (quizzes are just based off the same questions on homework)..(tests are based off similar questions from quizzes/homework) TOTALLY RECOMMEND FALCO.

Falco is by far one of the best math lectures i've ever had. What a great teaching style. All his notes go on the website, and they are easy to understand. I will warn you that you will have to work for a good grade. Do all your homework multiple times. I busted my balls and earned a C, but came away knowing a great deal. Still though i'd take him again.

He is a good lecturer and all of his exams are fair. In other words, he's asking questions from his assignments. I recommend him to all engineering students but never have a feeling that it's an easy class. He'll cover a lot of topics and test everything in final.

I had Prof. Falco for Calculus II during the Spring term. His tests are very easy and are literally directly related to the review problems he does in class. If you do all of the homework and go to lectures even though attendance is not required(you get 5 extra percentage points) then you should end up with at least a B in the class. Compared to other math professors lectures, Falco's are very detailed and he literally explains all the algebra to the example problems he does in lecture. Overall, a very good math professor and would take another class with him as professor.

Falco is an amazing teacher. I had Donnelly for lecture and Falco for recitation. It was really helpful sitting in his recitations. He taught well and made all the concepts clear. He would not mind teaching you again and again if you raise a question. He asks many questions during the recitation which keeps you active in his class. Falco rocks!!!
