Cons:
Amazing professor. Chef Ziccardi takes the time to work with you one on one in class whenever you need. He is very open to explain something more than once without giving you attitude. Chef Z always has something exciting to do in CULA115 and makes the 5 hour class go by in a flash. He grades on how you take his criticism, producing quality dishes, and attendance. Quizzes are pretty hard, but as long as you do all the readings he has on the syllabus then you will do fine. Chef Z also loves to talk, so if you get involved and join in on his topics and get in personal conversations with him he will definitely notice and take that into your grade.
