Cons: Little bit overload
One of the best professors you can have at Drexel. I took her Fren 101 and 102, she is definitely the BEST! As long as you make efforts and show up to the class, you are doing more than fine. And remember the online homework, that is a lot of them but there are graded based on completion. Class is straightforward and reasonable even for an international student.
Cons: Just a lot of work, but it is a new language, so that's to be expected.
Cons: DO THE ONLINE HOMEWORK, PREFERABLY IN ADVANCE! I can't stress this enough. Seriously if it is one class not to procrastinate in, it is this one. The 100 level classes utilizes an online site to take place of a physical workbook. This site can be irritating to work with because you're put outside of your comfort zone in all metrics (listening, speaking, reading, etc). BUT if you keep up with the online homework, you will be at least 2 steps ahead of the game, especially in class. The book and the online sites mirror each other closely so if you do the online homework days prior to the lesson plan on your syllabus you do fine in class.
Helpful
Cons: None!
Love her class! What can I say, best french professor ever! Helpful, generous with office hours, understanding, sweet. Wow. Take her class!!!! Enough said! Can't wait to take all my French courses with her!
Cons: Sometimes she strays off teaching. She has a lot of opinions.
Cons: the online homework is a pain. Do not procrastinate. It is the worse sitting in front of your computer for hours doing online homework the day before its due. So if you take the class, do the online hw as frequently as possible to get it out of the way
Great class, great teacher. If your going to take french take her instead of the other teacher. Shes a much easier grader
