 She is the best prof I ever had.
I would say that the class itself is boring because it's too easy and simple. But Ms Buckman tries really hard to make it fun, and she also talked about some recent news in the class, sth like this. About the grade, if you were not doing well on the exam or project, remember, as long as you act properly in the class and showed her that you love the class she will certainly round your grade. BUT, if you behave some kind of bad, I would say she maybe a hard grader for you. I personally think she is great and an easy prof. taking her class was joyful.

 Pros: Class is easy.
Cons: You can learn few things from her class, she just read the slides every class, and all you need to do is self-studying. She was surprisingly strict to several project.
Generally, she is a ok professor. Just sometimes I'm so pissed off at her grading, especially when you put lots of efforts in a project and not get a A grade, it's so frustrate.

 Pros: -Pretty simple material, no need to spend time outside of class studying or reading the texting
-Did not have to devote much study time (two hours tops per exam)
-Some fun projects, 6 minute pitch was awesome
Cons: Not too many cons honestly
-Aside from some tedious busy work with the online hw, not much worth complaining about
I got a B in the class and put in about 20% effort, so it should be a breeze.

 Sweetest woman you will meet! More of a mom to her students than a teacher, but still gets work done. She realizes that college students are busy and have many things to do, so she gets to the point and just gets the work done. For UNIV 101, there was one project or maybe two. She is so helpful with anything you need, you just have to ask. Really relatable person, makes the classroom atmosphere a little more comfortable than usual. I would definitely recommend taking any of her classes.

 Great teacher. She does tend to read off slides, but who doesnt? The tests are all on the slides provided, so study from that and thats all. The projects are straigthforward and easy.

 Great Professor! She really cares about her students and tries to make class fun! I incorrectly submitted homework assingmentson connect a few times and she would reset it for me! Definately take her!

 Although she is a bit boring the class is easy and she normally lets you out early. The class is nothing but a joke and she knows it. She accepts late work and is understanding.

 I actually really enjoy her class. Its well organized. She gives you instructions for an assignment and if you follow them you get a 100. She goes over important material with Powerpoints that she makes so you can take decent notes. I really like her teaching style and she's fun to talk to. The workload isn't to much at all.

 I had her for UNIV 101 which is a complete joke. Class is quite dull but her grading is quite easy. She knows the class is a joke and nobody (even her) wants to be there so she arranges the class to fit that.

 She's an easy grader, but is a little boring. She just reads off powerpoints-doesn't really teach much, just reads off slides. Assignments are what's on the syllabus-nothing too difficult. I don't think she knows what she's talking about half the time b/c when you ask her a question, she answers with question back in different words and just agrees to everything she doesnt know.

 Buckman is actually an ok professor. I think Copeland is prob the reason everyone is so negative about her (Copeland rocks). Yea the class is really easy and all she does is read off the power points and is not very entertaining. But atleast its easy and the grading is totally fair. I've experienced much worse classes at Drexel.
Plus I had a major conflict with my mikes bikes group and she was very understanding and helped me out a lot so that was cool of her.

 Took class w/her and prof. copeland as alternating teachers. She seems to be unhappy teaching the course, and can't seem to handle disruptions, since she can't really get control over the class. The class was b.s. and she basicaly read off the powerpoint slides, and transparencies from the book. Easy A though.

When she does elaborate on textbook topics she is usually dead wrong. She is a terrible professor, but i would take her again just to avoid having to work to get an A in this class.

 Buckman is an insanely easy grader. Most likely, as long as you turn in the assignment, you'll get 100% She's nice and tries to make the class fun by doing group activities. You dont really need to attend lab except to get the info that might be on the midterms/final.

 I think that Professor Buckman was an excellent professor and she really cared about her students. I know that I talked with her about things not even relating to her class or even school before.
