 Pros: goes over it over and over until you understand.
avi is a great teacher. he makes sure you understand the material!! he grades quizzes fast and gives them back asap! hes super nice. his quizzes arent hard if you go to class and understand the material!!

 Class = him copying someone else's notes onto the board. Doesn't care about his students. At ALL. Avoid him especially if you're bad at math and need extra help, because you're sure as hell not getting it from him on anything.

 Stop blaming 'stupidity' for some of us being bad at math. Avi is a terrible teacher. There is a reason why Drexel told he has a high rate of withdrawals and F's every term. It is only a matter of time before he gets the boot. Ask them for yourselves.

 He can be a bit boring at times, but is definitely an awesome teacher. Very, very organized notes -- and everything, i mean EVERYTHING, you need to know is written in on the board. Definitely knows what he's talking about.

 I thought Avi was good. He's not the best but his test were easy and exactly what he taught in class. If you stayed awake in high school you should be okay, this class is basic high school algebra. hello!!!!!! Stop blaming Avi for your stupidity! thanks

 I had Avi for MATH 101. The class is easy but his lectures are thorough and he answers any questions students may have. He is very easy to understand and prepares students well.
The only complaint I have is that he is a very slow grader (it takes him a week to get back midterm/final grades when other professors release them in 2 days).
I'd definitely retake him again!

 His work is really easy, people who give negative feedback must be really bad at math. He grades fairly if you do the processes right but get the wrong number, he'll still give you good amount of points. If your bad at math, I wouldn't recommend him, but if your really good, this class is easy

 I loved Avi. He was a really laid back teacher and I would definitely take him for a third time if I could. The tests are the same for all Math 101 and 102 classes, so Avi can't be blamed for the test material. Overall these classes were obnoxiously easy and a waste of time, but Avi made them tolerable. Very easy A.

 This dude sucks. Seriously, he is the biggest scumbag ever. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!! Out of about 20 kids in my class, around 5 withdrew, and 5 failed, thats right an F!!
I asked him about 5 times to find me a tutor in the math department, and of course, he was of no help and couldn't give a shit.
He treats his students like shit and his work is hard. If I ever see him outside of school, I am going to get in his face (not a threat, so if you are drexel staff, dont try to get me in trouble), Ill just tell him he sucks and he is a pussy.
but seriously DO NOT TAKE HIM!! You will be sorry when you get a W or an F or maybe even a D.
I think he takes pleasure in people failing his class.

 "Avi" was an awesome teacher. Homework isn't required but it really does help a lot if you do it. He explains everything really well, and as long as you pay attention and attend every class you will do fine in his class. Hopefully I'll have the pleasure of having him teach my 102 class.

 hated this guy more the public lice...he is the worst...instead ok taking 1 point off for not writing a full description ..he takes off 4..and the quizzes kill..he gives the hardest quizzes..DONT TAKE SAVE YOURSELF
