Pros: You learns some fun facts and good recipes
Cons: Make sure you remember every details she said in class. There's no textbook, the slide doesn't help much. The exams are terrible with all the essays and questions. Grades extremely harsh!
And the worst is that she doesn't even care when you ask for help. I have never disrespected any teacher in my life so far, but, well, she's not a good teacher. She doesn't have a heart of a teacher. Take her if you want to ruin your GPA.

Pros: She is rarely around so you can chat and have a lot of fun with your peers.
Cons: She teaches nothing. Absolutely nothing. And then grades you harshly when you learn nothing.
Chef Hall is never in the class, she is playing solitaire in her office with the door locked. So if you like practicals, this is your class because every week you have about 4. As far as the written exams go... yeah make sure that you studied everything and anything about pastry. HINT: It may never have been mentioned.

Pros: This is a great class with a fantastic teacher. She's very relaxed and fair to all the students. She makes the class interesting and enjoyable to go to. The class gets out early everyday and some days it will be cancelled or you'll only be in class for a half hour
Cons: She likes to do pop quizzes when not many people show up. She rewards those who are there but the ones who arent usually miss a lot of points. Attendence is taken randomly so it's important to go to every class
