Health Insurance Agent
Description
As an Insurance Agent, you will work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales. You'll receive a base salary plus commission structure to ensure financial stability while rewarding your performance. This role offers excellent growth potential, mentorship, and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships
- Educate clients on health and life insurance products
- Present personalized coverage solutions
- Manage client portfolios and policy renewals
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations
- Collaborate with the principal agent for training and strategy
- Meet sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology and CRM software
