Personal Statement

I started tutoring in the seventh grade. I worked with students to prepare them for standardized exams like the GED and SAT, including the writing portions of each. I am fluent in Spanish and can support others as they master the language. My favorite topics to tutor are biostatistics, discrete math, and physics, as well as MATLAB. I can work with students of any age and skill level to help them succeed in their academic goals. I am currently studying at the University of Colorado at Boulder to earn my master's degree in chemical engineering.
