Personal Statement

I graduated from the University of California in Los Angeles summa cum laude with my degree in economics. I attended the University of Michigan Ross School of Business to earn my MBA degree. I began tutoring students in standardized testing while at UCLA. I can teach them a variety of strategies that improve their performance on the exams, such as the GMAT and SAT. I can work with students on their writing skills, providing customized writing prompts that are based on the individual's interests. I believe that as a tutor, I can make a difference in my student's academic career.
