Personal Statement

I graduated from Harvard University with my degree in neurobiology with a minor in English. While earning my bachelor's degree, I began tutoring students in English, math and science disciplines. I know that each student learns in a different way. As a tutor, it is my job to provide tools best suited to the student's learning needs. I am able to teach the ACT in Science, writing, geometry, algebra 2, and other subjects to students of all ages. I can introduce the student to a variety of study strategies that can support their academic growth.
