Personal Statement

I am available to tutor in numerous subjects including reading, essay editing, writing, primary and middle school math, and algebra. I enjoy tutoring in essay writing and math the most as the problem-solving skills both subjects require are vital to a good education. Honing in on these skills early can increase a pupil's chance to succeed in the future. I have spent a lot of time teaching people of all different capabilities from gifted students to those with learning disabilities. I understand that everyone learns differently so I incorporate different teaching methods into each session. I'm a very structured and organized person but I also know how to have fun.
