Personal Statement

I am a 4.0 UCLA student who has been tutoring since 8th grade. Since then I gave tutored students struggling to learn English, Math, and Spanish. I spent 2 years in high school tutoring students who were at risk of dropping out. My students went from GPAs of 1.0 or under to above 3.0s. I also tutored an 11 year old in English to improve his reading and writing skills. I believe that every student has an approach to learning that works best for them.
