As a Swim Instructor at Weaverville Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong love for swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team and support our Weaverville Swim Team in Weaverville, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
• Passion for swimming and working with children
