Throughout my 13 years of practice, yoga has evolved from a workout routine into a lifestyle that has benefited me physically, mentally, and emotionally. By gaining a deeper understanding of my body, mind, and spirituality through yoga, I’ve discovered self-confidence. It has allowed me to find inner peace and accept who I truly am. I felt in my heart not only the need to deepen my own practice but the desire to share these amazing benefits of yoga with others and I hope to share it with you! In 2022, I studied in Bali for a month where I was able to live a true yogic lifestyle, receive the most authentic training, and obtain my 200 hour Yoga Instructor Certification through Yoga Alliance and have been teaching ever since.
