I have been teaching and practicing yoga for the past 10 years. Certification *250hrs yoga alliance certified from Mysore India. *Yoga instructor course from yoga University (svyasa). *100 hrs Post and prenatal yoga. *Level 1 ministry of Ayush certificate from government of India. *200 hrs Mysore style Yoga has changed my life and I would like to share this amazing art which helps in improving your health both mentally and physically. For a stronger mind and body connection. I help my students with injuries back pain ADHD general well-being stress etc. I specialize in pre and postnatal yoga. I help parents to be with journey of pregnancy and childbirth. Preparing both them both physically and psychologically to welcome a new life into their lives.
