 Pros: He shows you how to save time and eliminate a lot of the answers on the test. You can just pay attention to his tips and do well on the tests without really understanding the subject.
Cons: He doesn't really teach. Most chemistry professors have powerpoint slides but Garber just lectures. He writes a few equations on the board. In order to really know what's going on, you need to be an auditory learner or keep up with the readings.

 horrible professor, but interesting. he is very intelligent but doesn't set student up to succeed on his exams. he should be teaching 300+ levels and not 111.
