As a lifeguard, you must possess the following skills:
Comfortable in and around open water with basic safety knowledge
Able to work in deep water and use watercraft (surfboard, paddleboard, kayak)
Pass lifeguard prerequisite exam and have experience working with children
Red Cross Certification or WSI certification preferred, but not required
Must be 18+ years of age
