Join our team at Glen Gators Swim Team as a Swim Instructor where you will lead swimming programs and teach children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students from who are passionate about swimming and have excellent communication skills to inspire young swimmers to love the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join us in Watkins Glen, NY.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Strong background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
A love and passion for swimming and children
