Personal Statement

I have taught in numerous settings including teaching at ESL schools, private tutoring, and leading theater residencies in public schools. My first teaching experience was in college-level ESL and English. I have my bachelor's degree in theatre and performance and a master's degree in acting. I also have a CELTA certification. Literacy and language have always been strong interests of mine. I have also recently been tutoring in humanities, test prep, and language arts to middle school and high school students.
