Ebenezer Outreach Ministries (EOM) is seeking a qualified trainer to deliver an established Pharmacy Technician Curriculum. This curriculum is focused on job readiness training that will engage and inspire students to become job ready by the completion of the course.

The PTT reports directly to the EOM Executive Director.  The PTT will manage students through the Pharmacy Technician training program by coordinating activities with EOM’s internal stakeholders and external partners.  

The successful candidate will have  a passion to drive innovative, engaging, and measurable training experiences that improve student outcomes. Additionally, the candidate will be able to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

●       Conduct live and virtual classroom training for select programs as needed

●       Manage students through the training program to ensure completion within the expected timeline

●       Monitor, assess and manage the engagement and overall execution progress to identify opportunities and provide action plans as necessary

●       Monitor and conduct key assessments during the training process, review results with the team, and provide suggestions for enhancement of the training

●       Assess Skill Development 

●       Monitor training daily to identify and address opportunities that may impact the experience or execution of the program

●       Monitor curriculum progress; partner with the team, when needed, for root cause analysis to ensure student graduation

●       Meet with the team weekly to provide training updates and share all training concerns to EOM Executive Director for discussion and resolution.

Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications:    

●       5+ years teaching experience at a minimum 12th grade level, or vocational education teaching experience.

●       1+ years  in a customer service, training delivery or relevant work environment

●       Skilled in delivering virtual training materials as well as in person

Preferred Qualifications:

●       Experience in the pharmacy field

●       Nationally Certified Technician (CPhT via PTCB or ExCPT) or commits to becoming nationally certified within 6 months of hire

●       Career and Technical Education Certification

Education:

●       Bachelor’s Degree and Student Teacher Certification

Salary:   Commensurate with experience
