Introduction to Quantum Computing
About this Course
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of quantum computing and helps them understand and create quantum solutions from a computational and from a mathematical perspective. Students will learn, create, and debug quantum modules and further their knowledge by answering questions on the different aspects of each module. Students will build quantum simulators and write programs that formulate concepts such as quantum entanglement and teleportation. Students will also develop an awareness of related environmental and societal issues and will learn about secondary and postsecondary pathways and career opportunities in quantum computing.Created by: University of British Columbia
