This course, co-developed by Goodwill Industries International and World Education, is for anyone who wants to understand what it means to work in the 21st Century Workplace and support individuals who want to navigate our complex digital landscape and help others to safely engage in online activities and flourish in a technology-driven landscape. The second course in the Digital Navigator Specialization Certificate will equip you with the skills and knowledge to assess navigation service needs, define your role in the service plan, and guide individuals through the digital divide.
