El objetivo del curso es introducir algunos conceptos básicos de la Gestión de Proyectos / Project Management (PM), según las metodologías del Project Management Institute (PMI). El PMI es la Principal Organización Mundial en el campo de la Dirección de Proyectos (www.pmi.org). Sus guías están basadas en las "Buenas Prácticas" de profesionales de todo el mundo, y sus certificaciones, por ejemplo el Project Manager Professional (PMP) son muy demandadas por empresas de todos los sectores.
