You will learn facilitation techniques, ways of structuring collaboration, tactics for turning a group of individuals into a team and selecting the right process for product development for co-located, distributed, and hybrid teams. I will share the blueprints for facilitating workshops focused on key artifacts your team will need for proper alignment, developing a shared understanding of the product vision, goals, metrics, developing various product roadmaps, assigning roles within the team, creating collaboration space and selecting product development process.
