We are seeking a Retail Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Job Overview:
As the Steam Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets, maintaining equipment, and staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Steam Factory, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
Lead and manage a team of technical specialists and customer service representatives.
Provide technical guidance on various fabrication processes, materials, and design optimization.
Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules for all fabrication equipment.
Drive memberships and customer engagement through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends and recommend new tools or services.
Train staff on best practices in fabrication and customer service.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Design, or a related field preferred. Qualified experience will also be accepted.
Proven experience in retail management
Strong aptitude for technology and a willingness to learn more.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
