Personal Statement

I have been a successful math tutor since 2005. I can help with subjects such as Algebra 2, calculus, discrete math, and physics. As a tutor, I believe that patience is a virtue. I also think that academics are like any other skills that we learn, we need repetition to learn. I am excited to work with students who are eager to learn. I have my bachelor's degree in mathematics, and now I am working on my master's degree in applied mathematics. Outside of academia, I enjoy playing Magic the Gathering as a professional, volunteering for Bronycon, singing, and watching movies.
