I obtained my bachelor's degree in biology from Gettysburg College. While enrolled, I studied a variety of scientific topics, such as microbiology and chemistry. In addition, I graduated from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University with my master's degree in nutrition. I began tutoring students while I was enrolled at IHN. I discovered my passion for working one-on-one with students in my biology coursework. I can teach elementary to high school, as well as college and AP level material. I align my goals with my students, working alongside them to build their comprehension of each topic. I strive to be patient with my students to allow them to work at their natural learning pace.
