Personal Statement

I have an extensive tutoring background; it is something that I thoroughly enjoy. I have tutored students ages six to fifteen in topics that include elementary reading, writing, math, physics, geometry, and algebra. As far as education I attended the University of Virginia, where I earned my bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering. I believe my tutoring experience and my engineering background make me the ideal tutor for math, biology, algebra, AP physics and high school physics. My favorite subject to teach is physics because it is fun to show students how the laws and concepts apply to everyday life.
