CRS Summer is a multi activity daycamp that runs from 9 AM to 3 PM from 6.24 to 8.15. We are looking for somebody who is an experienced lifeguard and has managed other lifeguards in the past as well as worked in or is familiar with a Waterfront location, to lead our daily Waterfront excursion. The pay is $3000 from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM daily, and it includes showing up in Dover, Massachusetts each day to help organize the safety and well-being and processing protocols of all campers who choose the daily excursion to get on a short bus ride. From there, they go to memorial beach at Doug pond for a designated camp area excursion with a team of lifeguards and counselors from our camp and then head back. the responsible person who is in charge of this daily excursion, loves kids, has safety at the forefront, and is very organized and familiar with health and safety and logistics of this type of activity.
