He accused the entire class of cheating on the second exam, then he failed the majority of the class on the finals math portion with no explanation, didn't even offer a curve. The math portion is graded very strictly and he doesn’t give partial credit if it isn't exactly right. Do not take him if you don’t have to. Weekly participation is graded strictly, and it is also time consuming. Exams are worth 80% of the grade, and you have to show him all of your math work, even what you plug into the calculator, for full credit (assuming it is correct). He doesn't seem to care too much about students. I was actually getting interested in Real Estate and considering double majoring until he started failing everyone. The average math portion was 6/30, or 21.66%. No, not a joke.
