 Homework, book, and lectures have nothing to do with the classes he teaches. Test are hard and are not related to anything you have previously seen. To Pass the class you need previous years tests or are retaking the class from specifically him.

 Pros: Explains the material extremely well
Cons: Homework and Exams are ridiculously hard.
he doesn't curve the class according to the overall class performance

 He is a good teacher.. but the exams are horribly hard !! MIT's exams should be easier than his exams . .and I am serious ..
A good teacher, will be ready to help you at any time... good explainer of physical phenomena .
