Job Description
Impact Youth is a Christ-Centered Youth Organization that provides programs, sports training and other enrichments to at-risk youth And has positions available immediately to canvas locally as part of our campaign to make accessible and available, training scholarships to any teens in the USA regardless of whether they can afford.

Primary responsibilities include door-to-door interactions, social media and networking to promote our brand and what we are doing to invest in young people. This is NOT a high pressure sales gig, at all. But driven personalities and people person personalities serve best.

There is a base pay not based on sales, but reps have an opportunity to earn more by Hitting goals and receiving BONUSES.

Previous experience is not required.
We provide FLEXIBLE schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income around their current schedule.

Best days are M-T-Th-5-8p + SATURDAYS for the first 3 weeks.

Position Details:

- Excellent pay - competitive starting base pay $35.00 / HR base not based on sales or results.
BONUSES are available based on performance
- Solid, quick simple training - we teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.
- Flexible scheduling - we help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time, and others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as other jobs. we give PRIORITY consideration to those that can work our

IDEAL SCHEDULE:

M-T-TH 5-8p + SATURDAYS for the first 3 weeks

- TEAM LEADER BASE $35 / HR + Bonuses
FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL
Assembles and Manages a small team of 4 (you and 3 others)
Or
A team of 7 for extra earnings.

Team member only positions available starting at $25/Hr


Looking for 16 yrs+ that can start almost IMMEDIATELY.
